What a beautiful mix of ingredients so fresh and vibrant. Pesto originates from….yep you guessed it…. Italy! It is traditionally made with parmesan cheese. But with this recipe I have made it vegan friendly by replacing the cheesy parmesan with Nutritional yeast, which is much higher in vitamins and minerals yet still packed full of cheesy flavour but without the dairy. So super quick and easy to make you will wonder why you never have before xx
