Well hello deliciousness if frangipane is your thing then this tart is a must try. A rich sweet almond frangipane dotted with sweet cherries and clementine zest all baked until golden brown in a flaky sweet short crust pastry topped with toasted almond flakes and clementine drizzle. All our products are baked in our vegan kitchen where we NEVER use dairy, eggs, honey or gelatine. Because we bake fresh to order our slabs are suitable for home freezing (that is if there is anything left over to freeze)
