These Raw Superfood Chocolate Brownies are truly Guilt free! Did you ever think you would believe such a thing? Well, I’m happy to be the one to tell you, the answer is… YES believe it, here they are!!! Packed full of nutrients free from refined sugars, dairy, and gluten, smothered in decadent cacao ganache, it’s hard to believe these gorgeous little brownies are so good for you.


YIELDS 12 Servings



 2 cups almonds
 1 ¼ cups mixed seeds (sunflower, flax, chia, pumpkin, hemp)
 2 cups soft Dates
 ½ cup Raw cacao powder
 ¼ cup Maple syrup
 ¼ cup whole nut peanut butter
 ½ cup shaved coconut
 ½ cup Goji Berries
Ganache Ingredients
 ¼ cup melted coconut oil
 ¼ cup maple syrup
 ¼ cup Raw cacao powder




Place almonds, 1 cup of mixed seeds, and dates to the food processor and blitz until well combined.


Add the raw cacao powder, Maple syrup, peanut butter, ¼ cup of shaved coconut, ¼ cup of goji berries. Blitz until well combined and it starts to form a dough-like consistency. (This may take a little time, you may need to stop the blades and use a spatula to push down any extra ingredients if your mixture isn’t forming a dough-like consistency add a Tsp of water at a time to bind).


Transfer the brownie dough into a small baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press the dough down evenly into each corner of the tray.


In a small bowl melt the coconut oil in the microwave on med heat/or over a double boiler on the stovetop, then mix in the raw cacao powder and maple syrup. Using a whisk mix until smooth and slightly thickened.


Pour the chocolate ganache evenly over the top of the brownie dough, and sprinkle with the remaining mixed seeds, shaved coconut, and goji berries.


Pop the tray into the fridge to cool and set for 60-90 mins.


You are now ready to slice your brownies to whatever shape or size your heart desires.



Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months. That’s if they last that long!
