Ok guys... Seriously this is the easiest dairy-free scone recipe you will ever find, and the coolest thing is... it’s fool proof and only 3 ingredients. Get perfect fluffy scones every time.
Preheat your oven to 180 deg.
In a large bowl sift in your flour then add the coconut milk and lemonade, gently mix together. Try not to over mix.
Turn out onto a floured board and form a large flat circle.
Like a pizza cut into 8 slices using a large floured knife.
Place your scones on an oven tray lined with baking paper.
Pop in the oven and cook until golden brown, 12-15 mins.
